Arrival & Room 10 Directions:Sessions take place in Room 10 at The Bridge Centre for Natural Health. Please enter via the main entrance and take a seat in the ground-floor reception waiting area; I will come down to collect you at your session time. Parking: Free on-site parking is available in the centre car park, with free on-street parking nearby. What to Wear: Emmett Technique is performed fully clothed on a therapy couch. Please wear light, loose, comfortable clothing (avoiding stiff denim or heavy belts).
